Overview

The Energy Sales & Rental (ESR) Coordinator will provide dedicated support to Energy, Sales and Rental Operations. Responsibilities include but not limited to ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting coordination of services within the Energy, Sales and Rental Department. Successful Coordinators are self-motivated, can work under pressure, and have the willingness to work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to a positive work environment and promotes the vision, mission and values of BMC.
  • Completes all job responsibilities in a safe manner, promotes and champions a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships through customer interactions by optimizing opportunities through proactive communication.
  • Schedule pickup and delivery of generators from Seguin, as well as direct shipment locations.
  • Unload, check in, and receive all equipment (sales/rental) in DBS, WFD, and SharePoint.
  • Prints/installs barcodes for Rental/Sales Inventory
  • Bi-weekly Inventory of Equipment for Energy Division (sales/rental).
  • Schedule local freight for project delivery (sales).
  • Create WO in ServiceLink for WO’s.
  • Create lead in SalesLink.
  • Assist in closing out projects i.e. updating SIMSi, balancing costing sheets with DBS.
  • Create O&MM’s.
  • Work with BMC Shipping and Receiving i.e.. ATS’s, shipping parts out (sales)
  • Create/Receive all PO’s for Rental and Sales projects.
  • Submits vendor invoices to accounting team.
  • Setup re-rents w/ Accounting dept for Rental.
  • Acquires titles/MSO’s for new/used equipment purchases from vendors.
  • Submits requests to Facilities & Fleet Coordinator for tags for rental equipment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree in a related field required Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1 year of administrative experience, with finance and invoicing experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office with ability to learn new applications and programs.
  • Results oriented and focused on continuous process improvement.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities; meets deadlines and works well under pressure.
  • Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers.
  • Must possess a customer centric mindset along with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organization skills and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter. Able to effectively manage multiple tasks/priorities and adapt to change.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced service environment.

Working Conditions

  • Required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to injury and/or hazardous materials.
  • Job requires standing, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, lifting.
  • The employee must be able to lift varied weight.
  • Seeing, reading, and writing to complete job responsibilities.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
