The SITECH Account Executive will represent one of Trimble’s top Dealers promoting sales of the Trimble machine control solutions in assigned territory’s in (SC). This will include calling in to existing accounts in existing markets to sell the machine control solutions as well as prospecting new accounts in new markets.  Interact with new or existing accounts, within assigned territory, to determine needs for current or future products and services. Provide broad company and product information through the use of Interactive Web-presentation tools. Primary function is to generate new business.

  • Market assigned territory to develop new accounts and further penetrate existing accounts
  • Serve as primary relationship conduit to all equipment OEM’s in defined territory
  • Service as a conduit for information on new products and services as requested and needed
  • Prepare related reports for activities and results
  • Perform Webex presentations to prospects
  • May participate in sales/marketing proposals by providing market research information on a wide variety of subject matters
  • Attend Trade and State shows within target industries


  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields and/or compensating experience in sales and survey and or heavy equipment industry required.
  • 4+ years of Sales/prospecting experience, in GPS, Machine Control, Survey, Trimble Business center preferred.
  • Survey and/or heavy equipment industry experience preferred.
  • Team-player with the ability to assist with prioritization of support personnel customer billing goals.
  • Experience with making large volume out-bound sales calls to qualify accounts. 
  • Experience communicating and maintaining travel schedules for visibility and accountability.
  • Proven experience of successfully managing multiple projects/tasks while utilizing strategic thinking/planning to achieve program goals.
  • Proven ability to "open doors" with existing and new accounts
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
